I am going to be going to a dance clinic and I will be participating in intense dance classes all day. What foods should I eat that morning (or the previous night) to healthfully prepare for intense classes. I don’t want to get dehydrated, dizzy, hungry, or sick during the day!

I’m taking up dance classes too! And there was a period of time where we had to practice almost everyday as performances were coming up. What I did was taking Herbalife F1 shake. It’s just a suggestion. You can choose to take it or not to take it((: It helped me a lot in keeping me from hungry or dizzy or sleepy!
